He has simply ignored my oral hygiene. I am 13 years old, so hopefully not too late to start.

1. Obviously, the supply is better than a conventional toothbrush. Is that true? Because I hate the vibration of an electric.

2. How do I brush my teeth? I broke a tooth in six parts, 3 in the top 3 in the background. For example, 10 seconds of central lower teeth. Then, at the top, then backward. So, I repeat that in the other 5 sections.

3. Know a good mouthwash?

4. Can I wire in a pharmacy? If so, how much does it cost? (Sterling)

5. Yoiu've see this type of chewing gum to clean their teeth help you chew, after dinner? Is it because when I'm on the road and can not brush your teeth?

1. Manual tooth brushing can be as effective as brushing your teeth with an electric toothbrush. It depends on the effectiveness and frequency of brushing. Always use a circular motion, hold the brush at an angle (45 degrees) on the tooth surface and the sides do not rub. It must be in a circular motion vertically with a soft power and soft toothbrush. Also not overturned. Spend at least 3-4 minutes every time you brush your teeth. On the basis that we can share the time for each segment.

2. As for brushing, click the following article for more tips:
